About these terms
These terms describe the premade digital programs supplied by Seisun Coaching and their personal-use licence. Checkout identifies the merchant of record and the applicable transaction terms.
Provider and contact
Seisun Coaching is operated by Silvan Seisun in Malta. Product support: silvanseisun2008@gmail.com. Business geographical address: 103, Rinella Street, Kalkara, Malta. VAT registration number: 33248424 (Article 11).
Programs and bundles
Premade programs provide written training instructions and editable Google Sheets. They do not include personalised coaching, live sessions or individual adjustments. The selected product page identifies the program and schedule. The Sculpted by Size Bundle includes its three listed programs; The Seisun Training Collection includes all five listed programs. Follow one program at a time.
Technology and delivery
A Google account, internet connection and access to Google Sheets are required. Provide the email attached to the Google account that should receive access. After confirmed payment, separate program copies are shared with that account and their links are sent by email. The system checks for paid orders every five minutes; delivery normally follows within ten minutes of confirmed payment, but payment processing, email and service delays can take longer. Check spam and contact product support with your order reference if delivery fails or access details are incorrect. Do not purchase twice to resolve a delivery problem.
Payment and taxes
Prices displayed on this website are in EUR and include applicable transaction taxes. Stripe Managed Payments, through the legal entity identified at checkout, acts as merchant of record for covered program purchases. Its payment terms and applicable consumer rights also apply. Checkout may offer a local-currency price; review the final amount before paying. Stripe/Link provides payment receipts and invoices. Sandbox payments are simulations and do not move money.
Personal-use licence and unauthorised sharing
Each purchased program is licensed to the purchaser for personal use only. You may keep personal training records and make copies for your own use. Without written permission from Seisun Coaching, you must not share access, distribute copies, upload the materials publicly, resell them or provide them to another person. Where unauthorised distribution by you is established, Seisun Coaching may pursue remedies available under applicable law, including compensation for proven losses where recoverable. There is no automatic fixed penalty. Nothing in this clause limits statutory consumer rights.
Access controls
The original master programs remain private. Buyer copies are restricted to the authorised account, and editor permission changes are disabled where supported. These controls do not prevent copying or exporting the contents. A personal-use licence continues to apply to copies and exports. We provide hosted access to your delivered Google Sheets copies for at least 12 months from purchase. During that period, you may make a personal copy in your own Google Drive using File > Make a copy, or download the program for your own use. We recommend doing this soon after delivery. Your personal-use licence for copies you keep continues after the hosted-access period. Hosted access may continue beyond 12 months, but indefinite hosting is not promised. These commitments do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Cancellation, refunds and faulty content
Contact Link support at support.link.com for transaction-related requests, or email silvanseisun2008@gmail.com for program and access problems. Include your order reference and purchase date. Where applicable consumer law gives you a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital-content purchase, that right is preserved unless the legal conditions for an exception have been met. Acceptance of these general terms alone does not waive withdrawal rights. Communicate withdrawal with any clear statement; no special form is required. You may use: I wish to withdraw from my purchase of [program], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. My name is [name] and my contact email is [email]. Applicable refund deadlines and remedies for missing, faulty or misdescribed content remain available. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refunds policy or remove mandatory rights.
Training suitability
Programs are general training resources, not medical advice. Choose loads and exercises appropriate to your ability and use safe technique. Stop an exercise that causes pain, and seek suitable professional advice where needed. Results depend on training, recovery and individual circumstances and are not guaranteed. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Personal coaching
Coaching is a separate service currently advertised at EUR 50 per month with a three-month minimum. An enquiry does not start a subscription or create a payment obligation. Scope, starting date, billing and cancellation terms must be agreed separately before coaching starts.
Complaints, applicable rights and changes
Email product support for complaints; transaction complaints may also be raised with Link support. Maltese law applies to the Seisun Coaching personal-use licence, without removing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights available to consumers in their country. You may contact the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority at mccaa.org.mt or, for eligible cross-border EU consumer disputes, your European Consumer Centre at eccnet.eu. This does not restrict your right to seek a remedy through the competent courts. Changes to future offers will be dated; mandatory rights and the terms accepted for an existing purchase will not be removed retrospectively.
